Q: What kind of LCD panel(s) you sell?
A: We sell two kind of LCD panel(s). The first kind is the brand new panel(s) we buy from someone¡¯s excess inventory. The second kind is pulled from used notebook and refurbed. Either one are guaranteed to have no scratch, no dead pixel.
Q: Is there any quality difference in between two kind of panels?
A: There is no noticable quality difference except cosmetically. We will make sure the refurb panel in ¡°like-new¡± condition.
Q: Does refurb LCD panels have quality concern?
A: Not at all. LCD aged very very slowly. Most of LCD panels are pulled from Notebook used around 1-4 years. No any noticable quality difference. In fact refurb panels are widely used in repair industry.

Q: What kind of warranty I have?
A: We provide a 30 days warranty commencing from the date you receive the LCD panel(s). Any defect found should be reported to us by e-mail within 24 hours in this 30 days period. Any defect caused by customer is not covered.
Q: How you deliver the LCD panel(s)?
A: We deliver your order by UPS. Once the shipment made, we will give you a UPS tracking number. Then you can tract your shipment at www.ups.com. Please note tracking number may not available immediately since panel actually leave at midnight.
Q: How should I know how much freight charge I should pay for?
A: Here is the UPS freight charge for certain countries. If your country is not included, please let us know where you are located (detail address prefered, City & Country at least) when you contact us for any particular LCD Panel(s). We will provide the quote including freight charge. Please note the freight charge is calculated base on discount rate we get from Courier Companies. If you choose to pay freight charge collect, the freight charge will vary based on your contract with such Courier company.

Q: Why I should provide the information of connector type and length?
A: Same LCD part number may with different CCFT connector type and length (usually distinguish by suffix). LCD with wrong connector type and/or length will cause big disadvantage to whom doesn¡¯t have tool such as solder iron, solder wire and wire cutter at home. Make sure to confirm coonector type and length to avoid any unnecessary trouble.
Q: What information I should provide to let you know what I am looking for?
A: 1. Your Notebook Model in full 2. LCD manufacturer¡¯s part number in full. 3. Field Replacable Unit (FRU) number if available.

A: You can find it at rear side of your LCD panel. Here is the example:

Q: Why I should provide the LCD manufacturer¡¯s part number?
A: Same notebook model may be equipped with different size of LCD. It may support the LCD with different resolution. It also may support different brand LCD panel with slightly different hardness. It is extremely important for you to make sure you can get the right panel without any problem.
Q: How can I have LCD manufacturer¡¯s part number?
A: Often you will only get a FRU number from Notebook Maker Customer Service Center. It is not enough. Since you need to take broken LCD apart anyway after receiving the replacement panel. It should be okay to take it apart and find the LCD manufacturer¡¯s part number first to make sure you are asking the right panel.
Q: What alternative I have if I can¡¯t find a panel with EXACT part number?
A: Many panels in fact are compatible with each other. Some panels are fully compatible. Some are compatible with very minor difference. If we can¡¯t find the identical panel for you. We will suggest you to take the compatible one. Of course we take the responsibility in compatibility.
Q: Any CAUTION in installing a LCD panel?
A: Normally it only requires an screw driver to do the job. However trying to figure out how to take the panel cover off before you do anything on it. DO NOT power up notebook unless you have all cables right connected. We are not responsible for any damage caused by youeself.
